Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making your booking. By making a booking with us, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as they may be modified and posted on our web site from time to time as well as other information, too.

Speed

The driver will always drive at a reasonable speed.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted at transportation to/from Airport/port or at make your own transfer, but at all tours make frequent stops.

Alcohol & Food

The consumption of alcohol and food is forbidden in all of our vehicles. In case of any damage to the car that comes from the use of food, there will be a charge of 50E for the biological purification of the vehicle.

Animals

Dogs and cats are allowed in our vehicles but must be declared at the time of reservation and must be carried in appropriate cages. Exceptions are made for guide dogs.

Children

Children age 4-12 years: Children under seventeen must be accompanied by an adult.
Hopindream.com provides free of charge child car seats as long as the number of children has been declared. The parent is responsible for the safety of the child at all times. (Client must specifically declare the age of child at the time the booking is made).

Luggage

The vehicles used for private transfers have the capacity for at least 1 medium suitcase per passenger seat which should not exceed 70cm x 50cm. At the time of booking you must inform us of the luggage to be transported. It is not necessary to declare smaller luggage items such as cameras, handbags or small backpacks. The passenger will be responsible for any costs incurred in case of needing additional vehicles for the transport of undeclared luggage. The transport of luggage and other personal items is at the passenger’s responsibility and the Hopindream will not be liable for any damages or losses.

Duration

The route taken is at the driver’s discretion. The driver will take the best possible route and in the event of heavy traffic congestion, he/she will amend the route if necessary and endeavor to deliver passengers to their destination on time. For destinations over 4 hours is at the driver’s discretion for how many stops for resting he/she will make. Hopindream.com does not accept responsibility for any delays or missed appointments/travel arrangements. Always allow plenty of time for your journey.

Lost property:  Whilst every effort is made to return lost item, Hopindream cannot be held responsible for property left on the vehicle.

Complaints

If for any reason you are unhappy with any aspect of your journey or with our driver, please call us immediately at the time of the incident. You will also be required to make your complaint in writing and send it by e-mail to: [email protected] detailing the date and time of the complaint, the driver’s details and the nature of your complaint. We are more than willing to rectify these matters immediately but may take further action if necessary.

Disorderly behavior

Hopindream reserves the right to refuse travel to any person deemed to be a nuisance or danger to the driver. In these circumstances no refund will be issued and no compensation will be paid.

Illegal material

The carrying or use of any illegal drugs or weapons in our vehicles is forbidden.

Responsibility

Hopindream.com does not accept responsibility for the following: delays due to adverse weather conditions, theft or damage of any item belonging to any of the passengers travelling in our vehicles, delays caused by road traffic accidents or other traffic conditions. Passenger leaving possessions or items in the vehicle is under their own responsibility.

Cancellation policy

There is No cancellation fee, i.e. 100% of the paid amount is refunded, as long as you cancel your reservation/transfer at least 48 hours prior to your service date. For late cancellations/Non-Show, the deposit is non refundable. Cancellations must be made at our website, or by sending an email to us. In case that you do not use the services for any reason and do not cancel the transfer, no refunds will be provided. All refunds will be debited to the original form of payment and account which is was used at the time you made the booking. Drivers will wait maximum 45 minutes after the indicated time, kindly be on time, otherwise, you will be considered as a ’’Non-Show’’.

In extraordinary cases, our company reserves the right to cancel your reservation/transfer at any time, when reasons beyond the control of the supplier, such as strikes, prevailing weather conditions, mechanical failures, etc. occur. In a case like this you shall be refunded at 100%.
