Ancient Corinth


In just an hour from the city of Athens, we will visit the famous Corinth Canal, which merges the Aegean with the Ionian Sea. Shortly after, we will reach the ancient town of Corinth, where St. Paul lived and worked with Aquila and Priscilla. We will also see the remains of the first century shops, the Fountain of Peirene, and lastly, the temple of Apollo, one of the most outstanding monuments of pre–Roman period.
