Why should i book a vehicle online?

Minivans in Greece are working only with appointment. There are not available minivan for hire in the street, at the port or the airports.

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

The driver will welcome you outside arrival gate holding a sign with your name on it.

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

In that case, you must call us immediately on the mobile numbers available on the website.

Do you have baby seats in your vehicles?

Hopindream.com provides free of charge child car seats as long as the number of children has been declared. Don’t forget to declare the age of child at the time the booking is made.

Last minute bookings?

Our website will allow you to book your chosen transfer up to 24 hours prior to departure. If you require a transfer inside 24 hours, contact us via  email: [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

When your booking is competed you will receive a Transport Voucher (which contains important travel information). You should  print it and have it with you when you travel. If you do not receive your Transport Voucher please contact us via email: [email protected].

Is it important to write the flight number?

Our team is continuously informed via the official site of the airport for all changes or flight delays

I’m not sure if my hotel is in the Athens.

Our team keeps our reservations on a daily basis. In case your hotel or your final
destination is not in Athens, you will be informed by mail, within few hours of your booking, for the extra charge.

Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

All our transfers can be changed upon your request. Please do not hesitate to contact us via email: [email protected]. If the extra stop is in the same area or in your way, you will not have an extra charge. If your extra stop is in a different direction, we will notify you of the extra cost by e-mail.
